General Information
  • This sailing is NOT strictly an "ALL Gay cruise" - We are holding a block of cabins for our exclusive use and events, but the Carnival sailing will have their own guests as well.
  • Proper deposits are required in-house at the time of reservation in order to confirm your reservation. If you are sending in your deposit by money order, your reservation cannot be confirmed until we have received the payment. If your payment by debit, or credit card, is declined, we cannot confirm your reservation until we have received a valid form of payment.
  • Prices include stateroom accommodations, taxes/fees and all meals. Entertainment, games, activities, welcome aboard cocktail party, as well as surprise exclusive GayDays giveaways/events/activities.
  • Prices do NOT include gratuities, alcoholic beverages, soda or specialty drinks, shore excursions, photos, phone calls, or anything of a personal nature.
  • Staterooms are limited within each category, and the total reserved for the cruise, so reservations are taken on a first come-first served basis. If the category you requested is not available, you must reserve at the next available category available at time of reservation. If you request a category that is not available, we may be able to get it for you, but the rate may not be the same as the inventory already allotted to us.
  • All tickets will be sent to the LEAD passenger in each stateroom within a week of sailing, unless airfare was purchased. This information will be provided to the cruise line if required.
  • If a disagreement arrises between you and your cabin mate after you are on the ship, and you decide that one of you cannot remain in the cabin, it will be your responsibility to work out the situation, or the person who moves out of the cabin will be responsible for the cost of a new stateroom. Gay Days Travel will not be held responsible for any costs incurred for any disagreement.
  • Passengers are required to verify all information on the invoice for accuracy. This information will be provided to the cruise line if necessary. Gay Days Inc will not be responsible for any mis-information or errors given to the cruiseline if the guest has not corrected it according to the invoice information.
  • Gay Days follows all cruiseline policies - Passengers are required to verify these before sailing - See the cruise line brochure, or website for full details.
  • Travel Protection Insurance is available to purchase at an additional charge to protect your investment – Ask for details

Registration Information and Requirements

  • One cruise registration form must be filled out completely for each stateroom, including all passengers traveling in that stateroom
  • We must have LEGAL given birth names listed per your identification - (i.e., Bobby is really Robert - Kathy is really Kathryn, etc) - No Nick names, unless name is on proper identification. Gay Days, Inc. will not be held responsible for denied boarding by the cruiseline due to lack of the proper legal names provided.
  • Please also include a separate page of information on each passenger (address, phone #, email address, so that we can send any pertinent information to them that may be separate from tickets), and also keep everyone informed of any additional information such as shore excursions, etc.
  • Please note that if you are requesting a stateroom for 3, 4, or 5 passengers, these are not in our allotted space initially, and must be requested from the cruise line based on their availability. It is best to deposit early if you need one of these cabins to be assured a spot.

Single Passenger Information

  • Single passenger registry – if you are traveling alone, looking for a roomie – we are compiling a list of other individuals, so you may contact each other – Gay Days, Inc., will not, however, be responsible for any mis-matchings, if you decide to room together for the cruise.

There are also a limited number of 1A categories available at a lower rate for single occupancy (150%)
