Schedule
- $50
per cabin administrative fee is NON-REFUNDABLE at
any time, however, reservations can be cancelled on/before
3/14/06 with no additional charges/penalties due.
- You
may avoid further penalties by finding other passengers
to fill your reservation, as long as it is completed
by the first set of penalty dates outlined, which
is 3/14/06. There may, however, be a name change fee
of $50. By fully canceling your reservation, you acknowledge
that the stateroom that you had reserved will be entered
back into inventory to resell to another party.
- Between
3/14/06 and 4/27/06, the penalty fee will be $200
per person from the cruise line, plus an administrative
fee of $50.
- Between
4/28/06 and 5/19/06, the cruise line penalty fee is
50% of paid monies, plus an administrative fee of
$50.
- Effective
5/20/06– FULL CRUISE LINE PENALTY – ALL
monies are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Gay Days follows
all cruiseline policies - Passengers are required to verify these before sailing -
See the cruise line brochure, or website for full details.
- Refunds
will take approximately 1 week to process back to
the credit/debit cards from the cruise line.

Cancellation
Statement
All
cancellations must be accompanied by a signed copy of
this Cancellation Statement – Faxed copies will
be accepted along with a photo copy of the credit card
holder’s ID. These copies must be received in
the office prior to each penalty deadline, in order
to avoid additional penalties.
By
fully canceling my reservation, I acknowledge that the
stateroom that I had reserved will be entered back into
inventory to resell to another party.
I
understand/acknowledge that penalty fees will be 2 separate
charges – one will be from Carnival Cruise Lines,
and the additional administrative fee from Gay Days,
Inc. If I cancel outside of cruise line penalties, and
have used a credit/debit card, Carnival Cruise Lines
will refund the full amount to my credit card, but Gay
Days, Inc., will then charge the administrative fee
to my credit/debit card automatically.
A signed
confirmation of any cancellation must be received within 2 weeks of
cancellation. Faxed copies will be accepted, accompanied by photo ID
Gay
Days, Inc., will not be held responsible for denied
boarding, and loss of any monies paid, due to lack of
proper or misspelled names on documents, as well as
lack of proper ID requirements at time of embarkation.
Proper
documents include: passport alone, OR Birth certificate
(original or certified copy) accompanied by a photo
government ID (drivers license, or state issued ID).
If you are
a Non-US Citizen, it is your responsibility to check with Immigration
prior to departure to assure that you do not need any additional
documentation to travel to the destination(s) on the cruise. Gay Days
will not be held responsible if you do not have the proper documentation
to travel and are denied boarding.
