GAY DAYS® AMBASSADOR 2023

Thank you for your interest with our Official Gay Days® Orlando Ambassador Program. We are honored to be able in continuing our tradition in providing the best destination vacation in The City Beautiful, Orlando, FL., since 1991! Our Ambassadors commitment from prior years have helped Gay Days grow into a major business event. To that end we are asking all interested Ambassadors to review and accept the Gay Days Code of Conduct. Once you have read and accepted the Gay Days Code of Conduct you will be guided to complete a form with your personal information and schedule availability.

GAY DAYS CODE OF CONDUCT
Our mission is to provide our guests with the best LGBTQ vacation destination events. Even though we want to maintain a vacation and party atmosphere we are a business and as such our Ambassadors are asked to always be courteous, act professionally toward all guests, event staff and fellow ambassadors. Gay Days® organizes paid events for the enjoyment of our guests. Free or discounted admission to events are only authorized to be granted by management staff only. As with any business, alcoholic beverages should be consumed only after your shift is completed.

Failure to abide by the code of conduct is grounds for termination of your service with Gay Days®.

AMBASSADOR COMPENSATION

For Gay Days 2023 Ambassadors will be compensated in one of the following ways:

Compensation Type	Description	Compensation	Benefits*
Hourly Pay	Ambassadors selecting this option will be paid for every hour they work.	$12.00 Per Hour	One half priced ticket to a pool party on the day you work
Volunteer	Ambassadors selecting this option will not be paid for their time, but is provided a complimentary pool party pass for each shift completed.	Complimentary pool party pass for each shift completed	One free ticket to the pool party for each shift you work 50% off Special Event tickets (Excludes some special events off and on host hotel property) Invitation to our Ambassador Appreciation Party if you work over 20 hours during the event
The Center Orlando	Ambassadors selecting this option will not be paid, but a donation to The Center Orlando will be made for each hour you work.	A donation of $12 per hour worked will be donated to The Center Orlando.
