How do I log into my account to view my reservation?
Once you make a reservation an account is created and associated with the email address you used to make the reservation. Choose 'Reservation/Order Login' under the shop menu or click here and then click the 'Log In' button. Choose the option to reset your password to create a new password for your account.
How do I make a partial payment for my reservation?
To make a partial payment you will need to contact us by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from the email used to make the reservation. Include the booking id and amount you authorize us to pay. Indicate that you wish to use the credit card on file. If you prefer to use another payment method, we will need to take that information by phone at 888-942-9329. To pay in full you can log in to your account and make a payment.
How do I pay my reservation in full?
You can pay your reservation in full at any time by logging into your account to make a payment. Deposits
- We will need a credit card to hold your reservations. To ensure that you receive this rate, we will charge your credit card when you make your reservation. Your reservations are not guarantee until the remaining balance has been paid in FULL.
Cancelling Your Reservation

- Please note that we will assess a fee if you are cancelling. Below are the cancellation fees.
- Before February 15, 2024, the deposit(s) is NON-REFUNDABLE. You will forfiet/loose the deposit made at time of reserving your reservations. No other fees will be charge or incurred once the resrvations is cancelled before February 15, 2024.
- You may cancel your reservation for no charge before February 15 of the year the event is taking place (May/June 2024).
- If the cancellation is received on or after February 15, 2024 but prior to March 15, 2024, a penalty equal to the cost of a 1-night room rate will be assessed and/or charge on the credit/debit card on file.
- If the cancellation is received on or after March 15, 2024 but before May 1, 2024, a penalty equal to the cost of a 2-night room rate will be assessed and/or charge on the credit/debit card on file.
- Cancellations received on or after May 1, 2024 are subject to forfeiture of 100% (including the NON-REDFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, Any payments scheduled outlined mention above and penalties for cancelling).
- ALL cancellations must be accompanied by a signed copy of the Cancellation Statement and a photo copy of the credit card holder's ID (drivers license, passort or state ID). - Making a new reservations with a balance owed from a cancelled reservations will be applied towards the new reservations. The owed balance must be paid before the new reservations is guarantee/confirmed.

Modifying Your Reservation
- Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. Room types and categories will vary on room types and demands.
Payments To Your Reservations
- Payment deadlines are schedule below. All remaining balance are due by March 1, 2022.
- Deposit of $200 is due at time of booking from June to February 1.
- Partial payments can be made at any time before March 1.
- February 1, half of the remaining balance is due.
- March 1, Remaining balance on your reservations is due.

A secured credit card authorization link with instructions will be sent to your email on file. This link is also another way to udpated your credit card on file.
- We are no longer taking credit/debit cards over the phone for security and safety of the card holder personal information.
**Any reservations that have not been paid for will be put on a HOLD status and room type and category will be removed.
Failure To Pay Room Reservations Balance by Deadline Date
- Any reservations that have not been paid in FULL will be cancelled on April 1, 2024 and you will forfeit the deposit, or any amount paid towards the reservations.
