How do I log into my account to view my reservation?
Once you make a reservation an account is created and associated with the email address you used to make the reservation. Choose 'Reservation/Order Login' under the shop menu or click here and then click the 'Log In' button. Choose the option to reset your password to create a new password for your account.
How do I make a partial payment for my reservation?
To make a partial payment you will need to contact us by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. from the email used to make the reservation. Include the booking id and amount you authorize us to pay. Indicate that you wish to use the credit card on file. If you prefer to use another payment method, we will need to take that information by phone at 888-942-9329. To pay in full you can log in to your account and make a payment.
How do I pay my reservation in full?
You can pay your reservation in full at any time by logging into your account to make a payment. The reservation system will allow you to make pay the balance but will not allow you to make a partial payment. Contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Effective Immediately
Deposits
- We will need a credit card to hold your reservations. To ensure that you receive this rate, we will charge your credit card when you make your reservation. Your reservations are not guarantee until the remaining balance has been paid in FULL.
Cancelling Your Reservation
- You may cancel your reservation for no charge before February 1 of the year the event is taking place (May/June).
- Please note that we will assess a fee of if you must cancel. Below are the cancellation fees.
- Before February 1, the deposit(s) is NON-REFUNDABLE. You will forfiet/loose the deposit made at time of reserving your reservations. No other fees will be charge or incurred once the resrvations is cancelled before February 1.
- February 2 to March 1, deposit will be forfeited.
- March 1 to Start of the event, 100% of any paid or remaining balance will be forfeited.
Modifying Your Reservation
- Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. Room types and categories will vary on room types and demands.
Payments To Your Reservations
- Payment deadlines are schedule below. All remaining balance are due by March 1, 2022.
- Deposit of $200 is due at time of booking from June to February 1.
- Partial payments can be made at any time before March 1.
- February 1, half of the remaining balance is due.
- March 1, Remaining balance on your reservations is due.
**Any reservations that have not been paid for will be put on a HOLD status and room type and category will be removed.
Failure To Pay Room Reservations Balance by Deadline Date
- Any reservations that have not been paid in FULL will be cancelled on April 1, 2022 and you will forfeit the deposit, or any amount paid towards the reservations.
